Firstly thanks for finding us a new property.
We had been looking for quite some time for a particular type of property drawing a blank and were introduced to Vincent’s.
We dealt with Frank and he took on board our requirement’s and came up with exactly what we were after. The whole purchase process went ahead smoothly with the assistance of Vincent’s who took us through all the legal bit’s with Notaries and the Bank.
The second big thank you to Vincents was above and beyond the call of duty.
They are selling agent’s for our holiday property and when we were in the UK they called us to inform us we had flood damage from an upstairs bathroom resulting in a fair bit of water damage.
Without hesitation they liaised with our insurers and oversaw the repair work that was necessary to re instate the house to the condition it was in prior to the flood.
Particular thanks to Jordon, who had meetings with the plumber, carpenter, decorator and insurance assessor.
Without their help we would have had to fly to Spain to oversee this work.
