I am writing to thank your team who took my husband & I on viewings in Denia & Javea last Tuesday. We have undertaken a number of different viewing trips this year and your team has really stood out as one of the best.

We met your team at the Place in the Sun show in London, leaving our details. We received many follow up calls and emails after the show. Your company was the only one who had someone knowledgeable and helpful on the telephone. I became so irritated by the other follow up calls, that I blocked all other unknown Spanish numbers.

We had multiple emails with John Palmer, who sent us suggested properties, listened to our feedback and sent through further suggestions. This resulted in a very useful viewing trip, only seeing properties that met our specification, rather than a pile of random hopefuls as other agents have thrown in. John was obviously very experienced, listening to our feedback and seemed to know as soon as we did whether we would consider the property.

We did not find anything suitable this visit, but have refined our area and property requirements greatly. We intend to return in the early Autumn to continue our search.
