I hope everything is going fine for you and Karen and you are both in good health. I have had the great news that the purchase has been completed and I cannot believe how smoothly it has all gone! Can I take this moment to thank you both for your outstanding help and generosity in befriending a single old biddy trying to find their dream and succeeding beautifully. All this done with no pressure and a humanity that leaves me speechless. All I can say is thank you again for your professionalism and hopefully your friendship.Thinking of you both in the sunshine.
