'First Impressions Count' and that is what attracted us to Vincent Real Estates in Benijofar.

Selling a property, especially in Spain, is a very daunting prospect and to choose the correct Estate Agent is something not to be taken lightly.
We have, at this time, only taken the first steps with Vincent and have been assigned a very nice and personable young man called 'Josh'.
We had our first visit by Josh to discuss the selling price and the process of selling with Vincent and at no time did we feel pressured by him to go on board with them. He explained everything and took time with us to ensure we understood.
After about 3 weeks our decision was made to go back to the office to see Josh. We arranged an appointment to start the first process of selling our home. From taking the photos, and really good ones might I add, to sorting out the necessary paperwork was all done in a friendly and professional manner.
The villa was quickly applied to the internet (within 2 days).
We feel, so far so good, and can only praise the way in which we have been helped with the first steps of selling our home.
