Over the last year, we, at Vincent’s, have noticed a huge decrease in the ratio of agency sales compared to the number of viewings. This has been due to a number of factors, however, the prevalent ones have been.....no knowledge of area, not in a position to buy, ill prepared with information regarding the buying process....etc etc. In order that we can all streamline how we work and become more effective with our time management, therefore being able to engage with serious clients, we are requesting you to complete this questionnaire. This is a huge factor in our continued collaboration and success.
Unfortunately, your clients will not be registered without the information requested, nor will a reminder be sent to complete the questionnaire. My added suggestion would be to keep this questionnaire as a download and complete it in the first instance that you may wish to register a client....it will save a lot of time.
