Warm welcome to the sunny Costa Calida and to this wonderful townhouse that was completed in 2016. The house is situated on a raised corner plot. On the large corner site we find a large private pool with associated shelter and outside shower. The landscaped garden near the pool consists of jujube trees, lemon trees, two avocado trees and two olive trees. At the back of the house there is room for car and an outdoor kitchen prepared for refrigerator and plenty of storage. When you enter the house you are greeted by a welcoming living room with plenty of room for furniture. There is also the fully equipped kitchen which is directly connected to the living room via open floor plan.A little further in, we find a mini-hall with entrance to the back and space for shoes. This hall has a full bathroom with heated towel rail. Through the stone steps up we are met by another hall. Here, there are three bedrooms of different sizes all with built-in wardrobes that provide good storage space. We find the second bathroom here, which is complete with washing machine and towel dryer. If you go up another floor, you come to a large private roof terrace with room for large furniture groups. Here you have a view of the local area and the magnificent mountains that embrace the area. This is a great place to enjoy the hot Spanish sun. Mar Menor - Europe's largest saltwater lagoon, is not only a popular area for the Spaniards, tourists from all over the world have found what we want to call Spain's little gem. The pleasant climate means that there are locally grown vegetables all year round and for the food and wine lover this is a given area. Thanks to the climate, this is also the perfect area for those who want to golf, or engage in swimming and water activities such as kite-surfing, sailing, diving or canoeing. Around the shallow beaches and the quiet water you will find small, picturesque fishing villages that really show some of Spain's stunning culture. All year round, this area is lively but during the summer months the area around the Mar Menor changes, the pulse is increased, the beach villages get more than twice as many visitors, the restaurants, bars and the promenade's cozy Chiringuitos are packed with visitors of all ages. On the beach bar, it is up to dance with live music, and the markets are a must to visit. The mineral-rich waters of the Mar Menor are said to be healing, as well as the warm salt lakes of Lo Pagán with the healing mud that together form a natural outdoor SPA, accessible to everyone. It has been found that the air in this area is charged with ions that alleviate the symptoms of, for example, asthma, osteoarthritis and psoriasis. In the area around the salt lakes of Lo Pagán there is also a professional spa which in its treatments uses the water and clay thanks to their healing effects. During the winter season, the area is suitable for those who want to get acquainted with the local population. There is also a nature with excellent roads for hiking and cycling. The nearest airport is the newly opened International Corvera Airport which is reached in half an hour. Alicante airport is about 50 min away by car. In nearby Los Alcazares you will find all kinds of local services and services. The large shopping center Dos Mares is about 10 min away by car. Torrevieja can be reached in half an hour by car.
