Housing prices in Spain increase by 0.2% in November 2016
The price of housing registered a slight increase in November and maintains its slight rise in 2016. Since 2007, housing has been reduced by 41.2% on average.
Tinsa's research department publishes monthly the prestigious Tinsa IMIE report, which analyzes the evolution of the price of housing in Spain. According to the latest data, housing finished in Spain is slightly more expensive than in November 2015 compared to the same month of 2015. The housing seems to have moderated its growth rate in the last month but last January, To November, the average price of housing in Spain increased by 1.8% compared to 2.2% that had grown between January and October.
