Limits set on Los Montesinos land development
LOS MONTESINOS has had approval given to developing a new land use plan (PGOU).
The approval however has constraints and the government is limiting the amount of land for development. By agreeing with the restraints, it means that the new PGOU would release just over half a million square metres of land.
The first planning document, released in 2010, released almost three million square metres of land allowing up to 13,000 homes to be built, which will now be severely reduced.
