Why do foreigners buy homes on the Costa Blanca?

One of the regions of Spain with the largest number of purchases made by foreign investors is the Costa Blanca. In this post we tell you why.

The purchase of housing in Spain, and more specifically in the Costa Blanca, is not something much much less new. For years, this region has attracted thousands of foreign buyers a year, as well as many other people from other countries who have come to spend their holidays or for tourism.

However, the recent economic crisis slowed down this trend, and even for some years many foreign emigrants began to return to their countries of origin. This trend seems to have been reversed again, having gained this attractive area again to buy housing. But why?

The Costa Blanca region is one of the areas with the most variety of prices. There are areas with very affordable prices and others with higher prices, but in general there is diversity in the market, which is very interesting for buyers, since not all have the same resources when it comes to buying.

This is nothing new, but it is also to keep in mind. Climate is one of the main reasons why foreigners decide for this region. Thanks to this Mediterranean climate it is possible to enjoy some not too cold winters and some hot summers near the sea.
