My husband and I have recently been helped to buy a property by Josh Bachini and I wanted to feedback about the service that we have received.
Josh has been fantastic! Josh took us on as clients at very short notice without any background knowledge on our requirements. He took us out over a number of days and was extremely patient, listening to what we wanted, gauging our reactions at each property and then recommending different properties based on that. He managed to help us find an apartment but unfortunately the vendors pulled out two weeks later. We then came back out to Spain and Josh arranged further viewings and managed to find us another property which we loved. He managed to find everything we asked for from our 'wish list'. His personal manner, knowledge of the area and overall service was brilliant; he is very customer focussed and wants to achieve the very best result. Nothing was too much trouble, and he was even answering late night messages to arrange last minute viewings for us. We can't thank Josh enough, he is a real credit to Vincent Real Estate.
