I would just like to let you know about Josh who works in your team . I found him to be polite , respectful, humorous, knowledgable ,professional, flexible and just a genuinely decent young man. I came out with a bad back and sadly it caused me fair bit of pain when got out of the car . He was a star , understanding and sympathetic .Josh was also very skilled in explaining what the procedures were and what to expect. He rang and made an appointment with solicitor which i saw the next day.. Josh was also very informative on local areas and took the time to show us what was in the area . All in all I feel a very valuable member of your team that you will be very proud of Im sure . Thanks Josh
