I initially contacted a few estate agents to gather some information and property types available for our budget and as expected they all replied with various properties for sale on numerous occasions, so I would like to thank you for being the only agent which had the good sense to send us only details of properties in the price range and area that we requested. So in a nutshell you will be the agents we want to use, and I know that in real estate terms our budget this time is not vast but easily doable without mortgages etc and later who knows?
