I cannot thank Ian Radwell and the team at Vincent Real Estate in Benijofar enough. I had a bit of a whirl wind trip to look at properties which I had initially chosen to see from the internet. It was all a bit daunting but from first contacting Vincent's I was put at ease with reassuring emails and questions promptly replied to before my arrival. Once in Spain, Ian picked my sister in law and I up from our hotel and took us to all the properties on my list plus one he thought may suit me. I was never rushed and nothing was too much trouble. If I was unsure what the immediate area had to offer, he drove around - often twice - so that I could familiarise myself with the environment. Once I had chosen my property, he and Stewart liaised with the vendor and guided me through every step of the purchasing process. Once back home their attentiveness did not stop and they went over and above their remit to pave the way to a trouble free completion. But their helpfulness didn't stop there. It would be 7 weeks before my husband and I could get back to Spain and Ian kindly offered to go to the property and check that the services had been left connected but nothing was left on. He even took pictures of the stop cock for the water and the electricity main fuse box and emailed them to me so that when we did arrive we knew exactly where everything was. I can honestly say my purchase in Spain went from daunting to a very pleasurable experience.
