Christine and I have our plane tickets and will be landing in Spain on 28th of this month for as long as need be to pay and finalise the sale of the Benferri Finca. I have spoken to Pilar and Emailed her and know about the property and condition and problems which I knew in the first instance. We still love the Finca and the sale regardless will proceed. Once purchased we will then address any issues regardless of cost to restore and make this our permanent residence. To reiterate I will give Karsten 500 Euros for you all in the office to have a drink on us. A celebration on your behalf finally removing this said property from your books and a sale payment, a big thankyou from both of us for being such tolerate people. We once watched a film called "The Money pit" if you have not watched it you should, full of laughs from start to finish. Itching to start work on this wounderfull little property.
