In this article we give a few tips to help you avoid you problems when you purchase your home plan.

Design your future home to your needs

It is increasingly common for developers to offer future owners of the house the possibility of introducing major changes. It's time to think join several rooms of the house or change materials by some of the highest quality. Do not waste the only chance they offer to personalize your home as possible.

Ask for all information to which you are entitled

It will be important to obtain the following information:

  • Full identification of the promoter and his NIF to check, for example, which is actually registered in the commercial register.
  • The plans of our future home, as well as their exact location within the promotion.
  • The list of features (which should detail the materials used)
  • The price, payment, and delivery date.

If you give money before the house is finished ...

Requires a proof that:

  • Show the amount contributed
  • Show the bank account associated only to the construction of the project

You must also make sure that the developer has a bank guarantee or insurance that guarantees repayment of the amounts paid plus interest, if your home does not get built or their construction is delayed.
